The Usual Training Times and Venue:
Training will be in Studio 1, Studio 1, Nuffield Sports Centre,
Thursday - from 8pm to 10pm.
Sunday - from 2pm to 5pm
Our doors are opened for any new members (with or without any experience in Martial Arts), the first session you come to is free so you can have a taste of how we train : )
